- Create, manage, and update work tickets for IT related queries working on a 1st Line Support Helpdesk
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of supported hardware, software, and services
- Escalate issues up the line to the Support Desk Manager for further action as required
- Update Client information on internal systems
- Respond to client enquires to find and fix their problems
- Track work-in-progress tickets whilst recording issues and solutions
- Helping resetting passwords internally and externally
- Someone who has an interest in & passion for IT
- Team player & problem solver
- Good customer service skills
- Ambitious and driven to succeed
- Good time management skills
- Grade 5/C in English GCSE & 4/C in Maths GCSE, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

With an excellent starting salary of £16,000 - £18,000, this is the perfect opportunity for you to build up your technical skills and develop within the industry. You will update client information on internal systems, manage and support with IT issues via the ticketing system, assist clients with the installation/ configuration of hardware and software!
Accelerator delivers hosted IT and telecom solutions to various businesses and commercial clients across the UK, you will receive fantastic support from industry experts and you will also be supported by our specialist mentors at Baltic Apprenticeships whilst working towards an industry-recognised qualification!
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
