CDIS Group is offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our dynamic team as an IT Apprentice. In this role, youll gain hands-on experience across a range of IT functions, from technical support to systems administration, while learning from industry experts. In this role, youll work towards your IT Support level 3 qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Responsibilities: As an IT Support Apprentice, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: Monitoring of the ticket system, update tickets, chase ticket resolution and close tickets once completed Creating and implementing group policies Involvement with password resets, firewall configurations and encryption Monitor managed devices on the database to keep on top of updates required Provide support both on the

telephone and through email Remote access to provide support to client devices Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary and Benefits: £12,480 per annum Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Driver is essential to the job role 20 days holiday bank holidays Enrolment on the pension scheme Bupa Cash Plan Relaxed working over Christmas period Desired Skills and Knowledge: To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and knowledge: Eager and genuine passion for IT Customer service skills Confident on the telephone Desire to remain in full time employment upon completion of the apprentice program Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English is essential for this position Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and experience you need to immerse yourself in an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective IT Support technician.
