IT Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll work alongside seasoned IT professionals, gaining valuable skills in systems management, technical support, and IT infrastructure. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team. Typical Daily Duties:

• Using the telephone to answer incoming support calls
• Hands on repairing hardware
• Resolving issues in office 365
• Providing support remotely
• Configuring new devices and processing new starter requests
• Involvement in password resets and anti-virus configuration
• Networking installation and monitoring
• Laptop and computer repairs and upgrades, Embark on an exciting journey with our expert training team, gaining the skills, qualifications, and hands-on experience needed to excel in IT support.

• A Grade 5/C in English and a Grade 4/C in Maths is required for this role, You must have the right to work in the UK and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.
  
  £13,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Hybrid working 1 day at home
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Social events Christmas parties
