In this exciting role, you will work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by the expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Install and configure hardware and software for customers both virtually and on-site. Manage permissions and passwords for allocated clients. Respond to and resolve IT

issues via support tickets. Use troubleshooting tools to diagnose and fix technical problems. Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers. Potential involvement in scripting tasks using Batch Scripts and Powershell. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic Apprenticeships team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £18,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Opportunity to develop into a hybrid role 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Excellent retention within the IT team 5% pension contribution Cycle-to-work scheme Strong progression opportunities within the company Desired Qualities, Skills, and Knowledge: Passion for IT and technology Experience in building PCs Troubleshooting experience would be beneficial Ability to use your own initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 5 in English are required Your Training with Baltic: This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualifications and
