Full Job Description

  • Bespoke:Identify common Teams problems & explain how to approach the resolution process with Microsoft Teams
  • Bespoke:Troubleshoot meeting creation, attendee access, meeting recording issues, and content sharing.
  • Expert:Demonstrate foundational-level knowledge of cloud-based solutions to facilitate productivity, compliance and collaboration among on-site, remote, and hybrid workers.
  • A Typical Day in the Job:
  • First line responsibility for the day to day end user IT Support needs of the company
  • Serve as primary point of contact for all IT Support including in person, via phone and via the IT Service Desk ticketing system
  • Assessing and assigning priorities of tickets
  • Working on tickets on a resolve or escalate basis, performing 1st line troubleshooting on all incoming issues
  • Updating tickets to keep users informed
  • 1st line support for maintenance of existing systems.
  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

As an apprentice you will be tasked with day to day first line IT Support responsibilities, assessing and assigning priorities of tickets, updating tickets to keep users updated and much more. You will be fully immersed in the world of IT and given all the tools to build a successful career in the industry! You will be closely supported throughout your apprenticeship by the IT Team Lead, not only that you will also have a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships to guide you on your journey and provide you with industry expert knowledge each step of the way. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you'll delve into two Be-Spoke modules and one advanced Expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field. The Be-Spoke and Expert modules you will complete are

  • £18,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday either 8am-4:30pm or 8:30pm-5pm
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
