Full Job Description

  • Develop understanding of, and competence in, IT Asset Management (ITAM), lifecycle, activities and processes
  • Administer goods-in process and associated asset tracking activities
  • Review hardware & software licensing, support and maintenance contracts with stakeholders and initiate appropriate actions as agreed with supervisor
  • Input license agreements into license management application system and maintain all required documentation
  • Work with Leidos Supply Chain colleagues and IT vendors to progress IT procurement requests
  • Administer the corporate mobile phone account ensuring all devices are assigned correctly and aligned with CIO asset records
  • Monitor support ticket workload. Ensure completion of work orders in the IT ticket management system (Service Now)
  • Understand and adhere to corporate standards and processes
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by their supervisor/manager

    Excellent verbal and written and numeracy skills
  • Strong customer service awareness
  • Understanding process governance
  • Good organisational skills, methodical and meticulous
  • Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (primarily MS Word & Excel)
  • Flexibility and able to adapt to rapidly changing demands & priorities
  • Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of the IT Asset management life cycle
  • Understanding of Service Now or similar ticketing systems
  • Awareness of ITIL 4 processes
  • Understanding of Project Management principles
  • Power BI reporting
