Full Job Description

As the IT Operations Support you will provide support to the IT Corporate team with any administration tasks. This will involve contributing to the global business goals and maintaining one standard IT solution that is required to evolve the growing technology tools. As part of the role, it is a requirement to be self-sufficient, work effectively in a fast-paced environment for day-to-day admin, purchasing, owning IT asset management, triage of IT Tickets and follow up IT tickets to maintain SLA's, this will lead to you becoming a global support contact for the Corporate IT team. Please note this role will require you to be onsite 2x a week. Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • General Administration Tasks for the IT Management Team
  • Take ownership of asset Management System to ensure we have 100% accuracy.
  • IT Ticket Triage, by assigning tickets, responding to emails or answering calls
  • Coordinate with the end users to follow up on outstanding incidents and requests
  • Own IT Purchasing and Completing Purchase Order Process
  • Manage Shipping Logistics for IT Hardware
  • Participate with small project activities as directed by IT Management
  • Produce Reports, Presentations and Spreadsheets as required
  • Ownership of PowerBI Reporting
  • Documenting Processes and Procedures
  • Work with the procurement and Finance team on contract renewals

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Telephone and face to face)
  • IT Literature with experience of using Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of creating documentation
  • Previous experience working in a customer service type role
  • The ability to learn quickly and is comfortable working alone or within a team.
