IT EUC Engineer

We are continuing to experience an exciting period of company growth, so it's a great time to join our busy IT team, based from London.

The EUC Engineer's role is to Provide technical support for a range of internal systems whilst working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements
Key responsibilities/ Duties;

• Install, configuration and support of Desktops & laptops


• Install, configuration and support of tablets & Mobile devices


• Install, configuration and support of management platforms


• Document technical specifications and reports


• Enhance, plan capacity and design related to EUC projects


• Collaborate and involve in activities to assure knowledge development, sharing plus integration within as well as across entire work programs as suitable and lead projects


• Assist in providing BAU support to the business


• Assist in providing OOH support to the business
  
  To succeed in this role you will need to have:


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Customer management and relationship building skills


• MS Exchange/Windows/Office experience Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


• Apple macOS diagnostic and troubleshooting skills


• Excellent organisation, task prioritisation and time management skills


• Ability to complete tasks methodically, with an eye for detail


• A proactive and multitasking approach.


• Enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker


• Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritize tasks depending upon the emergency situations


• Should possess ability to interpret technical issues through the non-technical description provided by the user


• Operational IT Support experience, ideally gained within a multi-site, complex network environment.


• Must poses a full clean driving license
