    In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    A Typical Day in the Job:

  • The IT Executive at Autotech Group plays an important role in assisting the IT & Systems Manager, and wider IT team, in continually improving & maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to support its business operations and strategic goals.

  • This role involves ensuring the reliable performance, security, and scalability of the company's IT systems.

  • The IT Executive is responsible for providing support including but not limited to; onboarding of new users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems.

  • Additionally, the role requires collaborating with other departments to understand key functions of the business and how systems and software is used day-to-day.


  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English is essential for this role

  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems.

  • Basic knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and configurations.

  • Basic familiarity with virtualisation and cloud services (e.g. M365).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Experience with CRM systems, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

    £16,500 per annum

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

  • 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, £16,500.00
