Full Job Description

  • Supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement / disposal·/ first line fix
  • Support all desktop IT refresh projects in line with agreed AZ IT standards
  • Support furniture changes to support room configurations for conferencing and meetings
  • Maintaining furniture warranty tracker - reporting on wear & tear items
  • Provide BAU porterage service to carry out light internal moves, labouring assistance, preventative & remedial repairs, crate management, stock management
  • Update Status of all requests (Moves /IT/Furniture/AOB) on Sharepoint / SAP Systems
  • Works as part of the FM Team - help and assist the local FM team as required
  • Manage the available storage space in a SHE compliant manner
  • Follow building access & security processes
  • Build relationships with all customer groups
  • Provide consistent and accurate communication with all related service providers, client and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
  • Work with the UK JLL team on the re-use furniture demand process. Donate where possible charity items to AZ nominated charity and other local community charities
  • Distribute post customer satisfaction survey and report results for consolidated reporting for review by the account team, In addition to providing the information listed above, the other responsibilities of this role include:
  • Ensure global occupancy guidelines are adhered to and implemented at all times.
  • Assists in BAU & Project moves with minimum downtime to the business [moves of <100]
  • Attends meetings for small projects and moves
  • Participates in regular scheduled PDR within the Southern JLL team
  • Identify opportunities of how to improve / innovate and optimise accommodation spaces for the client, To ensure accurate reporting of information, and foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, communication channels will exist with:
  • Southern JLL Team
  • Local FM operatives
  • AZ Clients
  • JLL Leadership

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    1-3 years of working experience in facilities
  • GCSE C Level or above in English & Maths
  • Full Driving License - preferable
  • Organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Confidence and commitment to providing a high quality, professional service
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take responsibility for the completion of tasks

  • Flexibility with work hours (shift pattern of 8 hours between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday) including weekend work as required and travel as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and work both as a team and independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact at all levels of external and internal clients
