Full Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Analyst will work with the Infrastructure Manager to deliver the Infrastructure Roadmap. The role requires working across a variety of stakeholders and projects to manage, design and deploy IT solutions to the business and support the Service Desk as new technology is introduced. The Successful Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for delivering infrastructure services across the business through a mix of on premise and hosted/cloud solutions and working on project delivery and service transition. As part of the role, you will be working within the UK Infrastructure team to provide support, monitoring and management of a range of infrastructure technologies. On a daily basis you'll be responsible for, but not limited to : Responsibilities include monitoring and administration of a range of IT systems, ensuring the team provide a resilient and secure infrastructure to the business.

  • Management and administration of technologies including Windows Server, virtualization, storage, security, and networking
  • Improving the security landscape
  • Driving improvements in network design and operation
  • Managing support tickets alongside project work
  • Working with external partners across managed services

    Technical Experience
  • Demonstratable experience of working within Enterprise level environments
  • + Virtualisation/Storage solutions. + Windows Server/Active Directory
  • Experience and knowledge of working within Azure and cloud/hybrid environments
  • Evidence of networking experience, and an understanding of networking infrastructure
  • Exposure to security frameworks/best practise or vulnerability mitigation/patch management
  • Due to the role being heavily focused on technology delivery as well as ongoing administration/maintenance, the role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders across solution delivery. Desirable certifications
  • ITIL Framework
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications eg Azure, Windows Server
  • CCNA or similar proven exposure to networking
