Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our IT systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will ensure the availability and reliability of systems and networks, manage technology vendors, and help implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Experience within a similar IT/Technology role
- At least 2 years previous experience of people management
- Experience of managing third party providers in the delivery of Technology services
- Experience of managing cyber security
- Strong Microsoft systems software M365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Autopilot
- Experience of Cloud / SaaS technologies
- Experience, managing and monitoring metrics and service KPIs across a range of services and reporting at all levels
- Experience in Microsoft Azure
- Experience in working to ITIL standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Desirable
- BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certifications in Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Administration
- Certifications in ITIL 4
- Experience of taking a company through cyber security accreditation such as Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001
- Project Management experience
- Experience with CIS/NIST IT Security Standards
- Experience of some or all the following + Salesforce + LAN/WAN products and protocols + Internet and web technologies + Desktop & server hardware + Meraki Firewalls, Switches and Access Points + Microsoft Defender for Endpoint + Mimecast + Microsoft Purview compliance
