As IT Manager, you will play an integral part to ensure we have the systems in place to enable us to give meaningful lives and fulfilling futures. What are my key responsibilities?

  • Overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure and services and playing a lead role in delivering our digital transformation and data strategy
  • Working with colleagues to ensure that we are maximising the capabilities of the systems we have implemented
  • Implementing and maintaining technology systems that support our care operations and enhance the overall experience for both staff and clients
  • Working with others to bring to life our data strategy, enabling us to leverage data to enhance our performance and offer
  • Manage and mentor the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional development., We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and support our mission of providing outstanding care.

    What do I need to be able to perform this role?
  • A strong background in IT management.
  • A passion for healthcare technology.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus.
