Full Job Description

Your Role: As the IT Manager, you'll be at the heart of our technology operations, ensuring smooth and efficient IT services across our franchise and corporate network. With at least 4 years of experience in a comprehensive IT role, you will bring both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.

  • You'll be a proactive problem solver, ready to drive high performance and innovation across the business.
  • You will serve as the escalation point for your team and stakeholders, ensuring efficient delivery of IT solutions to the business.
  • A key responsibility will be fostering the well-being of your IT team by supporting their growth, promoting work-life balance, and guiding their career development., + Windows Operating System
  • + Office 365 Admin + EntraID Admin + Windows Application Support + Vulnerability Patch Management + Administration of SaaS Applications
  • Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead IT initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy of the business.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with Fortinet, Cisco and other networking technologies TCP/IP Networks
  • Internet Network Security
  • Wireless Networking
  • Virtual Private Networks (VPNs)
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • Microsoft Azure Administration
