Full Job Description

The Educate Group are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Network Technician to join our team, working in a busy secondary school in the area. In this key role, you'll provide essential daily user support, along with network and systems maintenance across the school campus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network systems and administration, with the ability to monitor and maintain network performance effectively.,

  • Offer prompt and effective help desk support for students, staff, and administrators.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, audio-visual equipment, and other network devices.

    Experience in a similar help desk role is beneficial but not essential..
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting, network maintenance, and user support.
