Full Job Description

  • Attending client sites and performing technical support for reported issues.
  • Provide a fault determination and fixing service.
  • Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
  • Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements.
  • Working in schools in and around Calderdale.
  • You will need a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. A major technology provider certification or recent experience is highly desirable for this post.
