Full Job Description
- Attending client sites and performing technical support for reported issues.
- Provide a fault determination and fixing service.
- Liaising with customers and 3rd party suppliers.
- Installation and configuration of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
- Working to meet deadlines as defined by our SLA agreements.
- Working in schools in and around Calderdale. You will need a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. A major technology provider certification or recent experience is highly desirable for this post. Applicants to posts that are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
