Talented project manager to join our dynamic team in this exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, drive digital transformation, and deliver exceptional results for our subsidiary businesses across the food industry, covering manufacturing and distribution., This role is crucial in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects that align with our business objectives.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including ensuring successful deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

You will collaborate closely with the businesses, other stakeholders, external suppliers & contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and drive project execution to achieve business objectives and exceed expectations.,

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business expectations.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the full spectrum of IT activities.

  • Collaborate with subsidiary businesses to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, providing guidance on best practices and solutions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, business analysts, and third-party vendors, to drive project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the businesses, maintaining regular communication, providing project updates, and managing stakeholder expectations to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

  • Conduct thorough project reviews, assessments, and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements.

  • Drive adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, ensuring quality deliverables, effective resource utilization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Stay current with industry trends, updates, and emerging technologies in IT, leveraging insights to optimize project methodologies and deliver innovative solutions.

    Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with some experience in Microsoft Dynamics to lead and oversee various IT projects within our organization in the UK.


  • You will have extensive experience in project management, some understanding of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or similar ERP systems, and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.,
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with some experience on Dynamics 365 implementations and digital transformation projects, perhaps at a junior level.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering results on time and within budget.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.

  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) preferred.


  • You will need to be located close to either Hull, Brighouse, Leeds, Corby, Nelson or Greenford in London with the ability to travel to one of these sites on a frequent basis
