Full Job Description

We're looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Kier Places Team in Basingstoke, As an IT Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Places Team, supporting them in the delivering on our growth and technology strategies supporting the implementation of new systems, capabilities and integrations into the residential business. Your day to day will include:

  • Supporting the development of all project related documentation, e.g. PID, SOW's, etc.
  • Documenting, manage and progress project change requests through approval and delivery.
  • Managing 3rd party suppliers and their deliverables within the project.
  • Supporting business change and transition as part of the delivery of any technical change.
  • Working closely with Marcomms, develop and cascade all communications and campaigning material, including any internal and external delivered demos.
  • What are we looking for? This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
  • Strong demonstratable experience leading large transformational IT projects and programmes of work
  • Familiar with working in a PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Appreciation of change management methodologies e.g. ADKAR and how to utilise these to drive project success and early adoption within the business.
  • Experience in a similar IT Projects role
