Full Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, to support project delivery.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing lessons learned.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development processes.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
