    Job Description Salary £55,000 and £60,000 depending on experience Hybrid Working 3 days onsite Renishaw have embarked on an ambitious programme to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 across our global subsidiary network, and we are looking for a motivated IT Release / Environment Manager who will contribute to the delivery and maintenance of Azure based environments and associated application software releases. You'll ensure that significant technical changes to our application stack are assessed, authorised, scheduled, and implemented in a controlled and efficient manner. These could be changes initiated by 3rd party providers or internal developments. You'll keep an eye on their wider impact across the organisation to ensure smooth delivery of the changes, while spotting and mitigating any potential risks to service delivery. You will have strong Azure platform management skills, be able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced hybrid environment. Responsibilities Manage change and
  • release plans. Manage release related risks, issues, and cross platform deployment dependencies. Coordinate key stakeholders at all levels throughout the release process. Deliver major releases alongside small change, urgent change, service improvements and maintenance. Apply and contribute to release governance. System environments build and maintenance including associated security. Key requirements CI/CD methodologies Good understanding of Azure platform management tools (Azure Management Portal, Azure DevOps pipelines, Power Platform Admin Centre) Knowledge of Cost Management, Resource management, Infrastructure as Code principles. Experience of working in a structured IT department in a similar role, being responsible for the control and management of multiple enterprise application environments, both on premise and cloud based. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams up to task completion You will need an understanding of ERP products preferably Microsoft D365 (F&O and CE) solutions and architecture. Person specification You will have at least two years of professional experience in managing complex Azure based environments and the controlled release of software applications. You can handle multiple tasks at the same time, and to thrive in the pressures of a dynamic hybrid environment.
