Full Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen within the IT Services Department based at Cheshire Constabulary HQ, Winsford working for the 1st Line Support Team as a Service Desk Agent. This is a temporary contract with the possibility of it being made permanent for the right candidate. The role primarily consists of answering telephone calls and providing initial diagnostics, fixing simple issues, and escalating further problems to relevant teams in the department. We are looking to recruit an individual who has a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a professional customer service focus. Great communication skills and attention to detail are essential. The successful candidate must also have excellent team working skills, but also be able to work independently, prioritising their own workload, completing tasks to a high standard. Full training will be provided on a one-to-one basis to ensure you can deliver the Customer Service we strive for.
