Are you ready for a dynamic, field-based IT role where every day brings new challenges? Join us as an IT Service Engineer, supporting a range of users across geographically dispersed sites and delivering exceptional IT services directly to the field. As an IT Service Engineer, you'll provide expert on-site and remote IT support, troubleshoot complex issues, and support the deployment, fulfilment, and decommissioning of IT hardware and services. This role involves frequent travel to various locations, ensuring that our users receive a seamless IT experience. This is a mobile based role, with frequent travel required across our geography with occasional homebased working. Curious to know more? The essential requirements for the role include:

  • Previous IT Service Desk and/or IT 2nd/3rd Line Support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot incidents through to resolution
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in ticket management including categorisation, prioritisation, incident management, request management, problem management
  • A can do attitude with a customer focussed approach.
