Full Job Description
Being the IT Service Manager Responsible for :
- All aspects of running the live service on a day-to-day basis.
- Service performance management.
- Service relationship management.
- Service performance reporting.
- Service capacity management.
- Service Change Management
- Champion Service improvement activities.
- Conduct Staff management and some line management responsibilities
- Contribute to technical roadmap requirements
- Key stakeholder in the capability planning group.
- Worked with Gov/MOD client delivery projects / support services
- Some commercial acumen
- IT Systems delivery Support
- Ability to achieve SC Clearance Travel: Some travel to Key Sights where staff are located periodically
- North West Cumbria and Manchester area
