The IT SME is the primary liaison between the operational user community and the Force Information Services department.

In this role, you will be the product owner responsible for continuous service improvement through our Microsoft Enterprise suite of capabilities to enhance productivity, security and compliance and to ensure that the Force maximises on its investment and the new capabilities that are available.

You will be driving change and transformation that will affect ways of working from Frontline Policing all the way through to the adoption of features that underpin the management of the environment.

Technical knowledge of supporting and using Microsoft enterprise technologies including sharepoint, teams, forms, power apps and other applications available in the M365 catalogue.

Experience of supporting and driving organisation change.
