Full Job Description
This role will also work closely with our ICT Project Manager and our Business Analyst, which will allow them to work with all departments across the business when it comes to building requirements specifications for any upcoming projects or developments.
They will play a positive and collaborative role in the ICT team and across the business, ensuring that our solutions are flexible and meet the needs of all departments within Salvation Army Homes.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Service Desk team as the first point of contact for logging, assigning and resolving end-user ICT tickets
- To be involved in the setting up and issue diagnosing of hardware and software issues on Windows, Android and iOS devices
- Assist the ICT Operations function with the monitoring of security and system alerts and actioning these as required, as well as ensuring all company devices meet our organisational compliance
- To aid the Infrastructure and Cyber Security Analyst with cyber e-learning and phishing campaigns across the business
- To act as a support function for existing and new ICT projects, working closely with the ICT Project Manager and Business Analyst to create project documentation, chase project leads for updates and so on

- qualifications, like an NVQ in a relevant field
