Full Job Description

  • Diagnostics - We need to you be able to join the dots together to identify the active problem and the root cause

  • Property - We need your help to make sure on-site Property Project managers have what they need for refurbs/ new stores and that the information they give to you makes sense

  • IT Estate Data - Buld and maintain a full inventory for our IT landscape

  • 3-way calls - organise and join calls between our main IT support partner and service providers to resolve issues

  • Planning - We want you to be initiative-taking and not just reactive. Use the information you gather to steer us in the right direction for the future

  • Orders and approvals - make sure we have the right kit and are paying the right price

  • Team - Be part of a hard working but fun team.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our business.

    You will work closely with our external IT support partner, third-party service providers and our internal teams to streamline problem solving and help organise our IT landscape. You will have effective communication skills as this will be important when navigating between service providers and partners in the most efficient manner. Your understanding of general IT is strong, and this is especially the case where networks are concerned.

    Must have at least 3 years' experience in IT support.,
  • A sharp eye for detail, ability to prioritise, work collaboratively, respond to feedback, and keep your eyes on the bigger picture

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management

  • Problem solving/critical thinking. You will need to analyse your findings and use these to implement new plans

  • You do not need to be a Wizz on Excel, but you will use it to manage asset lists/inventories

  • Ability to focus and work under pressure, with changing priorities and tight deadlines

  • A polite manner, you will need to communicate with different internal customer types. Getting things done smoothly can mean being adaptable to different demands and personalities

  • Most important; be a fun, engaging and optimistic collaborator


  • We operate a flexible working environment so you can work from home, or any Scoffs store local to you. From time to time, we may ask you to come to our offices as required. This means occasional travel will be involved.
