Stonegate are looking to expand our IT Department with the addition of an IT Support Analyst at our Head Office in Lacock, Wiltshire. As our IT Support Analyst, you will provide a point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all desktop software, hardware, associated networking and primary application support for JD Edwards to ensure optimal workstation and application performance for colleagues. About Stonegate Farmers Ltd Stonegate Farmers Ltd is an integrated free range and organic egg business organised across three divisions comprising farming and agriculture, egg packing and cooked egg processing. Established in 1926 and under new ownership since 2016, we have grown into one the largest free-range and organic egg producers within the UK. Moving millions of mother nature's most fragile food items every day takes finesse and know how. We work closely with our producers to collect, grade and package each individual egg. Role & Responsibilities:
- Supporting Stonegate's desktop environment and applications as incidents arise.
- Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate manner, and provide end-user assistance.
- Escalate significant issues in a timely fashion.
- Setup and configuring new hardware devices, in line with priorities.
- Setup new accounts and provide administrative support on core business systems.
- Ensuring that internal processes are followed and that logs are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
- Consistently providing a high level of customer focus and understanding the needs of the business.
- Ability to recognise and resolve customer impacting events as they arise.
- Conduct investigations of operational problems, makes proposals for improvement and implements them when appropriate.
- Actively participate in and contribute to project work.
- Participate in the IT Departments "on-call" rotation to support the business during and outside of normal business hours.
- Support and contribute to the development of processes, procedures, and documentation for the IT Department.
Flexible, pro-active approach and a willingness to learn. - Ability to communicate effectively, and excellent telephone manner.

- Ability to prioritise tasks Qualifications / Experience:
- Prior experience in an IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk position
- Working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10
- Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
