LJT Systems Ltd is a well-established IT support and software solutions company based in Blackpool, with over 20 years of experience serving SME businesses across Lancashire and the North-West. They pride themselves on providing streamlined IT infrastructure and expert advice to keep their clients' systems running smoothly and boosting their business productivity. They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT and gain hands-on experience with real-world problem-solving, cloud computing, and networking tasks. As part of their team, youll support clients by troubleshooting issues, assisting with installations, and learning about various IT systems and processes. In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Level 3 Apprenticeship delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Collect detailed incident
information from clients and resolve IT faults/issues within agreed SLA time frames. Maintain company standards and procedures during onsite support visits. Help with new installs and upgrades, ensuring everything is fully operational before sign-off. Use troubleshooting tools such as firewall configuration and vulnerability management. Work with ticketing systems, providing technical support to internal and external clients. Use RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) systems for troubleshooting and monitoring tasks. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: Salary: £18,000 per annum. 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) 34 days including bank holidays Staff parties Ongoing training support Work remotely with the support of a friendly, experienced team Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work well with others and collaborate in a team environment. Excellent, verbal and written

communication skills, Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills. Flexible and open to learning new technologies and adapting to change.
