Full Job Description
- Provide technical support and maintenance including software, hardware, desktop/laptop, server, network, and solve all computer-related problems
- Prepare, install and set up laptops and workstations
- Provide IT helpdesk support and participate in global IT infrastructure projects
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Monitor IT equipment status and keep track of IT assets with proper inventory control through record keeping and related documentation
Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines - Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Technical and Office IT Support
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows & Office, Server and Workstation OS, Microsoft Office 365
- Hands-on experience in networking, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls and Wireless Networks
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
- Good written and spoken English
- One or more relevant industry standard qualifications, such as MCSA, CCNA is a distinct advantage
