IT Support Engineer

The IT Support Engineers are the entry point for all issues reported to IT. They provide a primary point of contact and initial triage for all reported IT issues and service requests. The service desk covers all Trust IT equipment including EOC/111 contact centres, server/data centres, MRC, ambulance station and ACRP equipment and all corporate services. To provide friendly and professional customer focused service desk support for internal and external customers against the recognised service level agreements. Work alongside other IT staff and external suppliers to maintain the security and integrity of the Trusts computer systems and networks. This is a technical role and the team is expected to resolve the majority of incidents. When needed the requests will be escalated to other IT teams both inside and outside of the support team.

Must possess full//current driving licence and have ability to travel between multiple sites, You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a technical support environment with knowledge of:

• Customer service best practices
• Service Desk procedures (technical procedures provided)
• Microsoft Office 365 administration
• Active Directory
• Microsoft OS Support
