Perform a range of routine tasks, including joiner and leaver account requests.
Provide technical support for all Healthshare applications, including configuration changes and escalation as required.
Provide friendly technical support to Healthshare staff and NHS staff through the support desk including email and telephone.

Healthshare is a leading independent provider of community services to the NHS across England. The services we run include Ultrasound, MRI, minor operations, and physiotherapy. Headquartered in Kings Hill, Kent, our five-person application and data team support this work by configuring, administering and managing a range of systems. These include NHS IT Systems, clinical systems, specialist health applications, and Microsoft technologies. We are now seeking a Support Technician, from the Azure Cloud Support Specialist Apprenticeship Programme, who will support this work.
