Full Job Description

This means it's a very dynamic time to join our technology team and work for a firm that is investing in new IT systems, processes, and people.

As a Technology Support Analyst, you are the first point of contact for our 300+ employees across our six offices.

You are someone who likes solving problems, fixing faults for both software and hardware, and playing a pivotal role in helping colleagues across the firm.

You are comfortable supporting our colleagues in person whilst also at ease communicating online, via MS Teams, phone, and email communication.

Working in a small team alongside our Senior Support Analyst, you will report to our Technology Support Team Leader and be given real scope to make an impact within your team and the wider firm.

Technically, experience of the following is ideal but not essential.

  • Windows 10, Windows Server & Mac operating systems.


  • Office 365 for Email, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Windows Defender


  • Technical documentation skills.


  • Starter, Leaver, Mover IT setup experience


  • Hardware Ordering


  • Machine Image Building


  • While legal sector or regulated industry experience is helpful, it is not a requirement.

    MS-100 and any ITIL knowledge would certainly be useful to you and the team.
