Full Job Description
To support the IT Manager in maintaining servers and laptops used in farming and fresh produce packaging operations across multiple sites in UK , Spain and Italy. Main duties include but not limited to:
- Respond to IT support requests and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems - Manage and support advanced Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Strong understanding of networking principles and advanced troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs
- Good working knowledge of VMWare (vCenter/ESXi)
- Experience with help desk support
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
