Full Job Description

Primary duties and areas of responsibility Provide desk side and remote based end user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems including repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers. Setting up and administrating user accounts to systems in line with HR requests as well as completing user access audits across systems. Supporting on projects as instructed by the Digital Transformation Manager and Management Team. To support in the roll out of new software across the business. Maintaining and updating technical documentation as required. # Ensuring all logs for equipment and software are maintained.
