IT Systems Administrator

As an IT Systems Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for tech support, system maintenance, and project coordination, ensuring our organisation runs smoothly. This is your chance to work closely with various departments, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead key upgrades and improvements across our IT infrastructure. What you'll do:

• Offer quick, effective support for any hardware, software, or network issues.
• Set up and monitor cybersecurity protections, keeping our systems safe from emerging threats.
• Handle maintenance and upgrades, from servers to workstations, ensuring everything is running smoothly.
• Help plan and roll out new technologies and system upgrades, documenting every step to ensure successful implementation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest in tech and security practices to help us stay ahead.
  
  Proven experience in IT systems administration or support, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of networks, hardware, and software, with a willingness to go the extra mile to help users.
• Clear communication skills to simplify technical issues for non-technical users.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on providing friendly, timely support.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
