We are looking for an inspirational candidate, to deliver the curriculum focusing on strengthening the good foundations that are in place to help take the school to the next level. The department offers National Curriculum IT to all students in Years 7 - 9. In Years 10 - 11 we deliver Computer Science GCSE and BTEC Tech Award in Digital Information Technology (DIT) at level 1/2 In Years 12 - 13 we offer BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Information Technology and BTEC Level 3 National Extended Certificate in Information Technology. We also offer BTEC 1/2 First Award in Information Technologies (ICT) to Year 12 as a one year course.

Applicants do not need to be practising Christians, but would be expected to uphold our Christian principles of trust, forgiveness, compassion, thankfulness, friendship and love, as well as our vision where, 'Through God's love, we are the rich soil where seeds flourish and roots grow'.

In line with this vision, we are committed to developing you in the role, both in the short term through a supportive induction programme, and in the long term through Leadership CPD (e.g. NPQML or NPQSL).
