Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technical Engineering Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. Joining our Guidewire Centre of Excellence, you'll be a technical expert in the Guidewire product with a specific focus on ClaimCenter. In this exciting role, you'll be proactive and future thinking, analysing updates and recommendations from Guidewire, helping us to drive the solution forwards. You'll consider risks associated with upgrades and new integrations, ensuring they comply with architectural guidelines.

As an IT Technical Engineering Lead, you'll be a proactive IT professional with an eye for innovation. Demonstrating a collaborative approach, you'll possess excellent critical thinking skills and can work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll have ITIL awareness and an understanding of ClaimCenter, DataHub and Contact Manager.

To be successful in this role, you'll also be:

  • A Guidewire Certified Professional in ClaimCenter and Integrations (essential).

  • ACE certified and/or certified in other Guidewire products (desirable).
