Full Job Description

United Response is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver, monitor, and develop high-quality IT skills and IT systems training for our staff across the organization. This role is essential in ensuring that our team is equipped with the necessary IT skills to effectively support our mission., United Response is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.   • Proven experience in IT training, workshops, or technology demonstrations.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Zoom, MS Teams, and learning management systems/databases.
  • Ability to deliver both online and offline training sessions.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A keen interest in technology and its role in enhancing organizational efficiency.
  • Experience in producing training materials, such as user guides.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities., Disability Confident
