IT Trainer

United Response is seeking an experienced IT Trainer to deliver, monitor, and develop high-quality IT skills and IT systems training for our staff across the organization. • Proven experience in IT training, workshops, or technology demonstrations.
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Zoom, MS Teams, and learning management systems/databases.
• Ability to deliver both online and offline training sessions.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A keen interest in technology and its role in enhancing organizational efficiency.
• Experience in producing training materials, such as user guides.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Office 365 products and capabilities., Disability Confident
