Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an IT Trainer to prepare and conduct employee training courses on Microsoft Office 365, cyber security and our general Business Systems applications. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design courses for on-line or in person delivery
  • Conduct role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily
  • Train new employees on proper use of hardware and software in line with our policies
  • Perform regular organisation-wide trainings on system security and e-safety
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
  • Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials
  • Conduct IT skills gap analyses
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths or equivalent Grade C/ 4 or above.
  • Experience designing technical course material
  • Familiarity with web-based learning platforms and modern educational
  • techniques
  • Good understanding of computer security principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms
