Full Job Description

As our IT Transformation Director you will lead the EMEA APAC IT program, with responsibility for executing the technology plans needed to underpin our Business Transformation and deliver overall strategic business objectives. You'll partner with the Director of Transformation EA, ensuring that our IT plans are aligned with the overall Transformation whilst also collaborating globally, with colleagues in North America and our Romanian Development Centre, to deliver global and regional initiatives.,

  • Provides strategic leadership and guidance to the IT Transformation program team, fostering a collaborative & inclusive work environment, whilst role modelling company values. Develops, mentors and coaches team members to build a high performing team, whilst collaborating with executive leadership to ensure business-IT alignment on Transformation.
  • Demonstrates organizational change leadership throughout program delivery activities and develops this capability in others.
  • Leads the Business Transformation from a Technology perspective understanding demand, facilitating prioritization and delivering the Technology components of the program, needed to transform our systems, processes and capabilities.
  • Provides outstanding program leadership, direction, and guidance to project teams for planning, designing, building, and delivering new capability within budget and under strict timelines.
  • Leads all Technology aspects of Business Transformation, managing significant financial risk and delivering the overall business case and associated benefits.
  • Adheres to defined program and functional governance standards implementing required structure and processes for all elements of the IT program including; resource management, escalation management, risk/issue management, setting program approach and managing program business case.
  • Collaborates with EMEA APAC Transformation Change Director to ensure organizational change management plans are in-place to enable the effective adoption of the change and accelerating value realization.
  • Partners and collaborates with internal IT partners i.e. Global Team, to align on priorities and resource needed to execute the program. Oversee and manage multiple 3rd party service providers and other software suppliers ensuring solutions are delivered to time, cost and quality targets
  • Collaborates with executive leadership, business units, and key stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on project status and progress.

  • You'll also have:
  • Significant experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Experience of delivering SAP S/4Hana (or SAP ECC) ERP programs.
  • Track record of inspiring and leading large teams to deliver IT enabled business transformation.
  • Experienced at leading large, complex IT programs and cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in managing c-suite/senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of global working and managing across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to challenge, influence and manage multiple exec level / senior stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
