This role will provide you with a real opportunity to work with a cross-functional team and litigation of a truly international nature. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: - Advising on and managing many global commercial litigation matters of high value and complexity - Ability to gather or oversee the gathering of evidence and ensure JLR is meeting any obligations or requirements on it as part of any pending or ongoing litigation - Instructing and ensuring delivery of external legal counsel globally and managing associated budgets - Negotiate and influence senior management and other stakeholders where appropriate in any decision making arising from the litigation - Apply working knowledge of key legal practices and principles for the UK, EU and globally where required
