Support as the HR champion for GDPR, coordinating local GDPR champions across the function - Work collaboratively with the central GDPR team driving data compliance across HR - Co-ordinate local HR GDPR Champions to ensure Privacy by Design and Default is applied across all processes and services - Support on the GDPR risk management process ensuring all risks have been identified and mitigation plans are in place and delivered to manage risks - Produce and deliver content to upskill the People Function in data ethics and privacy

Previous experience of working in a similar role with a proven track record of delivery in Data, and compliance - Understanding of data privacy and GDPR regulations and able to apply this to data design and sharing - Experience working with people data, technology and systems, e.g. SAP / SF - Understanding and experience of HR data sets and information source
