Full Job Description

Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of parts - Collaborating with procurement, transport, material fulfilment and manufacturing to support the delivery process - Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them - Using data to manage inventory, and optimize supply chain processes - Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand without overstocking - Monitoring and controlling costs associated with the supply chain to ensure budget adherence - Leading a team of analysts to achieve delivery targets and improve performance

Previous experience of supply chain management - Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management - Proven ability to work within tight deadlines & be able to manage and prioritise multiple activities simultaneously - A strong communicator with good negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and problems - Strong analytical skills and statistical ability - able to use data & metrics to drive improvement - Demonstrable and experience in the application of a logical approach to Problem Solving
