Full Job Description

The main responsibility of the License Administrator is to process license requests for the Commercial Operations Group.

These responsibilities are currently shared with other peers within the same region.

Job Duties include :

Work with the Team to process all license/contract requests that come in from the Order Entry Team Group

Keep up with E-Mail requests on a daily basis

Maintain records of Orders in the shipping database and shared folders

Assist with support and other license tasks as necessary

It is required to be able to use standard business tools such as E-Mail, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Work.

2-year degree or equivalent

1-3 years of professional experience

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good teamwork skills

Drive, commitment and energy within a fast-paced environment
