As a Product Marketing Manager within the Design & Build applications team, you will be an integral member in the Portfolio & Industry marketing group. You will act as an independent, self-motivated subject matter expert in the go-to-market motions to support AVEVA's Design & Build business, an approximately 200M+ EUR business per annum. Design & Build software applications include product portfolios for engineering and design, project execution, engineering information management, and simulation and learning. Your specific portfolio responsibility will vary over time. In this dynamic, global role, you will drive go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for understanding various engineering technologies and their use cases in multiple industries. You will work with product and industry experts to develop compelling and differentiated messaging that communicates AVEVA's unique value proposition. We are looking for a passionate marketeer to expand our company's awareness, subscribers, and leads and to drive buying preference. You will be accountable for the creation and adoption of marketing assets including SEO-optimized web content, presentations, blogs, social media, customer success stories, webinars, videos, and more. Successful applicants will function within a team context in a highly matrixed organization. Responsibilities

• Drive messaging and positioning that incorporates AVEVA's combined value proposition across the design / operate / optimize lifecycle.
• Create audience-centric content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, drive awareness, customer engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Manage key stakeholders , including and up to VP level Engineering Business Strategy lead to advise go-to-market motions. Advise and coordinate cross-functional activation including internal sales enablement, press, and joint partner events and announcements.
• Work with the sales and business development teams to develop compelling customer-facing presentations and other sales enablement tools to maximize sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and close rates.
• Create product launch materials and support enablement sessions on new product releases within your portfolio area of responsibility.
• Conduct and share market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue and market share. Drive discussions with regional marketing VPs to highlight prioritized business opportunities to engage both the "engineering, procurement, and construction" (EPC) accounts and "owner operators" (O/O).
• Serve as primary external analyst contact to deliver briefings on the latest developments of AVEVA's Design & Build applications.
• Serve as primary contributor to competitive intelligence platforms of top competitors to our Design & Build business (e.g. Hexagon, Dassault, AspenTech, Siemens) notably serving Sales, Pre-sales, and Portfolio.
• Help AVEVA customers tell their success stories through customer advocacy activities such as testimonials, event presentations, and webinars.
• Work globally with regional marketing leads to ensure they successfully drive revenue from engineering campaign activities within countries and regions.
• Collaborate with performance and content marketing teams to craft campaigns that nurture existing customers and generate new demand.
• Use digital marketing and SEO tactics to drive organic traffic to our digital content.
  
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in a related engineering or technology field
• Experience synthesizing disparate quantitative and qualitative data to develop global go-to-market strategies
• Strong communication skills and a comfort with public speaking, live or virtual
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organizational environment in a collaborative fashion with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Strong writing skills with an ability to explain complex topics concisely.
• Excellent analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize your own efforts.
