Full Job Description

The Event Demand Generation Manager is responsible for driving a targeted audience to our proprietary and tier 1 third party events and guiding a selection of tactics - including email, paid media, social using data drive experimentation.,

  • Support the demand generation and communications for our flagship event AVEVA World and 3rd party events based on a deep understanding of the ideal customer profile and how to reach them.
  • Working with the campaigns and marketing operations teams to support the design the event follow up program focus on speed and impact (pipeline).
  • Support demand for virtual event of AVEVA World.
  • Co- ordinate internal communications plans for AVEVA World and select 3rd party events.
  • Working with partner marketing and the event delivery team to market and sell sponsorships for the event
  • Execute pre, during and post event marketing email campaigns.
  • Update highspot and one space pages.
  • Support the event registration website strategy.
  • Become a business partner and trusted advisor to regional marketing teams
  • Analyse event performance through post-event surveys, interviewing colleagues and customers to continuously identify areas of improvement and transformation.

  • Experience executing end to end campaigns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Marketo, Salesforce, Swoogo, Swapcard, Power BI experience a bonus
  • Copywriting experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Understanding of multi-channel, multi- touch campaigns
  • Experience of working with sales team to inspire action
  • Analytical skills to assess impact and suggest improvements
  • Flexibility for international travel and working evening hours and some weekends depending on event schedule
