An excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in business support/analysis to join a global leader in electronics on a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering a diverse role with a competitive pension and holiday package

This company is an established, globally renowned business specializing in developing safety electronic systems for various industries.

In this role, you will be pivotal in providing technical and functional support for business applications, ensuring data integrity, adhering to standards and procedures, and meeting SLAs. You will handle escalations both internally and externally and identify key training areas to enhance the IT function within the organisation. This position is office-based and will require occasional travel to sites,

  • Business Applications Support - ERP Systems, Excel

  • Coordinating and managing support requests

  • Ensuring SLAs, Data Integrity, Company procedures
