About the role….

As a Joiner in the Building Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality, customer focussed commercial and domestic joinery installations, maintenance and remedial works and cyclical planned works. You will ensure that these works are delivered on time, to specification and within budget.

You will work on your own initiative and as part of a team carrying out works in Schools, Public Buildings and Housing properties all within the Council's property portfolio.
