  • Developing and delivering PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key media contacts
  • Identifying and capitalizing on news jacking opportunities
  • Providing support in new business endeavours
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts
  • Delegating, briefing, and monitoring the progress of direct reports
  • Conducting interviews and appraisals
  • Representing the agency professionally
