- Developing and delivering PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key media contacts
- Identifying and capitalizing on news jacking opportunities
- Providing support in new business endeavours
- Contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts
- Delegating, briefing, and monitoring the progress of direct reports
- Conducting interviews and appraisals
- Representing the agency professionally
